- Monitoring of complete networks of the client’s facility, including access points, switches and hotspots. - Troubleshooting and resolving network issues. - Configuring new network equipment for replacement or for new clients. - Update our internal documentation with information about technical issues and useful discussions with clients - 3rd level of Network Edge support - Follow up with clients to ensure their technical issues are resolved

- Manage large amounts of calls in a timely manner - Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives - Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise - Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile - Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level - Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
