As Talent Acquisition Manager at Organic Talent I setup a desk that focused on helping everyone from entry level to the more experienced consultant find their next opportunity. This structure led me to successfully help over 20 candidates find their next role across Financial Services IT, Change & Transformation, Media and Energy (Renewable/Oil & Gas) sectors.
