- Manufacturing of air- and water cooled stator bars (Micadur), poles and pole coils, stacking and winding of air cooled Turbo – Generators, Service on Hydro Generator components. Automatization of the stator bar and pole coil production in Birr (Switzerland). - Manufacturing of turbine runner models and turbine runners in Grenoble (France). - Lead of all Off-Shore activities in the Hydro Products European Unit

Project Manager Site for Generator installation for Hydro- and Diesel Power Plants: Installation and commissioning of generators, preparation of installation and commissioning procedures for the Three Gorges Project, management of personnel. Recruitment, assessment, dismissal, mission assignment, training and promotion of Site personnel for electrical equipment, as well as budgeting, controlling, tendering and preparing of bid documentation for the department.
