Accomplishment of annual sales targets (achievement of 105% in 2020, 110% in 2021 first season) Helping clients solving problems of the equipment and reagents, completing daily Work order system and Salesforce. Holistic organization of academic conferences and events (ca. 300 participants, agendas/ manage speakers / accommodation) . Internal/ external cross functional coordination and cooperation (pre-sales, after-sales) .
