As a Solutions Engineer at Optimizely my goal is to acquire and develop successful, long-term relationships with customers by providing strategical and technical solutions during the pre-sales process and transform business requirements into the best possible experience using the Optimizely Platform.

In Enterprise Business Development I represented the frontline of the EMEA Go-To-Market organization at Optimizely and was able to build connections to leading Product, Marketing, and Engineering Professionals. This Experience was invaluable for building on top of my technical skillset, learning to always put Outcomes above Output, and bridging the gap between Marketing and Sales/Customer Succes. The main KPI I was responsible for, is one of the most critical ones for the business: Pipeline Value.

As a Demo Engineer I was part of the Solutions Engineering Team and responsible for running a Pilot Programm to increase Sales Pipeline with hyper-personalized Outbound Video Content. - Worked in close alignment with Account Executives, Sales Management, and SDRs on: Pre-Sales Strategy, Prospecting, and Customized Demo Experiences for strategic Accounts - Responsible for Demo Engineering, Landing Page Creation in Contentful, and Video Analytics on YouTube & Wistia
