• Managing and Handling the team of 9 members • Have done the remote migration for Practice Administrator process and parallel training to the Team. • Liaised with the clients and ensure the process was effectively processed. • Being the Expense reviewer and approver for World Wide Expense Reports submitted by US Consultants. • Responsible for retrieving and analyzing the Mobility exception report and intimating the same to the client.

• Checking the status of unmatched trades in the UK market. • Liaising with the agents to ensure that the trades match within the respective value dates. • Receive calls from the clients for their respective unmatched trades. • Assigning the trades to different work areas and ensuring that trade is settled.

• Follow up with Global Customers and clearance of the Aged items in the reconciliations. • Auditor for the teamwork. • Have trained team of six people on the critical process and was responsible for their progress by monitoring their performance on daily basis. • Responsible of taking daily and weekly reports. • Have been acclaimed as the trainer for the team to handle any re-migration.
