1) Overseeing the project management and implementation division and managing the projects execution in the region. 2) Participating in business review meetings with KARL STORZ distributors in the region 3) Establishing overall work plan and staffing for the project management and implementation division 4) Managing and Providing marketing and technical training 5) Preparing and providing the yearly budgetary plan of the project management and implementation division to the Finance Department.

Leading the project management & implementation team, my responsibility is to manage the implementation of KARL STORZ projects in the region, and providing first line technical support to the customers on the installed systems. In addition, I attend meetings, exhibitions & conducting presentations to help the business development team promoting the solutions and products that are related to the OR1 Department; and I support the design team to help providing the customer with the best optimum solutions.

1) Installation engineer of KARL STORZ OR1 System in Clemenceau Medical Center – Beirut, Lebanon in 2004. 2) First-line technical and service support engineer after sales in Clemenceau Medical Center on all KARL STORZ products (Integrated telemedicine system, Medical units, Endoscopes and Instruments) 3) Conducting installation of KARL STORZ OR1 System projects in the region
