As part of this role, I was responsible for Project Management, People Management, Staffing and Client Relationship. I was accountable for supervision of 3 projects related to Data Migration, B2Bi implementation & Digital transformation of legacy application. Build the Data Migration team to 20+ FTE in 3-month duration. • Project Scoping, Project Planning, Estimation, Budgeting, Risk Management & Mitigation plan, Stakeholder Management • Facilitating weekly, Monthly meetings with stakeholders and partners.
