I have extensive experience managing end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring successful software implementation and integration. By collaborating with sales, product, and support teams, I aligned onboarding strategies with customer goals, facilitating smooth handovers and timely project delivery.

At Firstsource Solutions, I have been responsible for understanding customer needs and implementing tailored solutions since June 2021. My role involves troubleshooting issues related to internet, cable, and phone services, as well as upgrading customers to the appropriate packages during live calls. I also supervise backend technical teams to ensure swift resolution of technical cases.
