Head of Portfolio Planning and Analysis, Smartphones In-Market Products - Responsible for Product and Product Lifecycle planning of In-Market Symbian Smartphones, incl. operator variants, market volume >100m devices p.a. - Business management of In-Market Devices (gross margin, cost development, sales price development, End-of-life, warranty cost, field failure rates, product liabilities, logistics & components sourcing)

- Change management, transition from internal to external chipset development - Head of the Operations: budget and capacity management, program reporting, project risk management, deliverable planning, portfolio planning - Head of the Business Development: supplier collaboration and agreements, “Make or Buy” decisions
