In charge to design, document and implement a solution that granted Intranet, IP Telephony and email access to remote broadcasting stations. The implementation also enabled the company to make SIP-based Video-conferences throughout the country. I was able to negotiate a 30% saving for each of the 4 Regional offices, and a 40% discount for HQ for the internal telephony invoices.
