The vision of getting the most modern company in the steel construction sector is very inviting for working there, but after some time I found out that not just technical fundamentals are missing to get there.

Customers of DERWID in the field of Business Integration risked to remain without service. Finding a NO IMPACT solution for them was the first challenge that was accomplished with success. After stabilisation of customer relations, service and team the extension of the business through partnerships was done. Because of internal conflicts the collaboration was terminated.

I built up a company working in Europe with offices in Austria (Villach), Germany (Essen) and Italy (Pordenone, Milano). The business fields were Business Integration / EDI and 3D Product Configuration (from 2009). With the growth of the company my roles evolved to project management and later also key accounting, incrementing management skills by practicing, self studies and following different courses. In 2018 the company reached 50 employees, many satisfied customers.

After founding the Joint Venture the I managed the first phase that was a StartUp inside a big structured company, very interesting and challenging experience.

A 9 month experience in Senoplast Klepsch & Co. GmbH (Salzburg area) as employee in the IT department with the plan to become director of the IT department.

After some months I got an offer from MoveIT Software GmbH at Wels to work in the subsidiary at Freilassing (close to Salzburg) as a Software Developer on ther product configuration suite. The time there helped me to get deeper in software develpment and processes around that.

Work with Bosnian refugees in a refugee camp at Postojna (Slovenia).

As main and full-time job I worked as an Electrician, in the evenings I was managing the oven in a well know Pizzeria at Salzburg and during the weekends I worked as technical assistant with a famous artist for building up a museum at the Großglockner. In some occasions I worked in different operative roles in big events in the area of Salzburg.

2 years of studies financed by taxidriving and other jobs, living a very simple live. Family plans and the reborn interest in informatics brought me to the decision to restart the career in this field.
