I work for British Safety Council an international charity and has a vision that no-one should be injured or made ill at work. We work to achieve this mission by influencing the context in HSE activities. We also work with organizations to help them with HSE developments and to improve performance. My job is to bring new businesses into membership leading to internationally recognised awards, conference, training, auditing and advisory services. We currently have 6,000 corporate members across the world.

• Effectively handling customer outbound call providing complete information about various calling plan, broadband and TV. • Also handling existing customer provide them information about new offers & convincing them to upgrade • Maintained high level of customer service by providing value added services to the clientele and coordinating with the senior management.

• Precisely providing information about different IT products with benefits, price and promotional offer to the customers as a first point of contact. • Appointment booker as per customer needs, allocating it to sales team, following up and converting the lead into sales. • Effectively handling inbound call queries by providing them accurate solution • Responding customers through email and software presentation to client.
