- Be responsible for feasibility analysis and project approval of several projects, and also the whole process until putting into production - During this period, use cost structure analysis and control to improve the product economy, make the project timeline with related department, and then get approval of the projects. - Track status of different projects in different phases and report project status to company management routinely

- Took charge of Cross Polo project, including price approval and SOP - Followed the project timeline closely and make sure all milestones no delay, and also match the quality requirement - Coordinated with related functional Dept to finish projects and improved the communication skills

- Assisted product manager of vehicle project schedule, cost and quality controlling, and project coordination between the various functional departments in order to facilitate project to run smoothly. - Participated in the four projects and organized about 30 report meetings with technical general manager - participated in the work of nearly 20 projects for projects approval
