Main Task:  Management of recruitment campaigns for a range of roles across the Kingdom to include - candidate generation, pre-screening applications, offers and candidate management.  Assisting with the development of new and creative approaches to recruitment where appropriate and using a variety of electronic recruitment processing

Main Task:  Manage manpower on four different site projects.  Coordinate crew movements between projects.  Keep project organizational chart and crew sheet up to date.  Manage manpower mobilization and demobilization to and from sites.  Prepare semi-annual reports every month.  Obtain management approval on subcontractor time sheets and send to relevant head offices.  Administratively assist the Project Manager and Site Project Manager.

- Manage the diary and commitments of the Manager to ensure the prioritization and allocation of meeting time appropriately. - Be responsible, in support of Line Managers, for ensuring that new employees are recruited, trained, equipped and motivated in order to provide an excellent level of service to the department - Prepare and finalize speeches and presentations, research questions and ensure briefing materials are available in a timely manner and are comprehensive.
