Group - Conception & implementation of the supply chain, in particular assembly design, intralogistics & related operational processes for the series production of a new product in the B.PRO Group - Planning & implementation of proof of concept AGVs in the BLANCO Group

Managing of digitization & automation projects for production & logistics along the value streams within the internat. Business Unit: - Internat. continuation & template rollout of SAP MES & applications for the optimization of material flows in further BLANCO plants as well as design & implementation of change management - Analysis & conception of the use of automated guided vehicles (AGV) & automated cleaning robots

- Member of the coordination & development team of the value adding system of the BLANCO Group - Coordination, implementation & support of the value adding system of BLANCO within the internat. Business Unit Composite Sub-project management & support as part of a digitization program as an internat. template for the Business Unit Composite: - Introduction of SAP MES & applications for the optimization of material flows as well as design & implementation of change management

- Qualification & coaching of employees & managers on the value adding system & its methods - Organization & implementation of workshops for the development of action plans, training documents & support of employees during implementation on site - Coordination, support & documentation as part of the further development of the value adding system
