Process Capability Study for two functional characteristics. Support in the elaboration of technical presentations for clients and suppliers.Follow-up of customer visits and external audits. Preparation of weekly status reports in Microsoft Excel, of reports for management meetings in Microsoft PowerPoint: waterfall diagram, ramp-up curves and 4-quadrant report.Organization of board meetings.Project documentation in consultation with respective specialized departments.Review and monitoring of sampling deadlines using quality-specific IT Tools.Tracking the component maturity based on project milestones and backwards-scheduling.Analysis of components and maturity level in the production plants.

Responsible for the management of the team, team’s strategy and business plan, partnerships and sponsorships consolidation. Placed as one of the drivers at 4 competitions.
