As a Software Project Manager, I have overall responsibility for the delivery of Transmission control unit's software to Global Automotive OEMs (schedule, quality, risk, cost) based on V-Model methodology. Work in cooperation with C/C++ SW developer teams, SW QA teams and PJM in order to achieve projects goals and fulfill customer requirements. I Successfully manage several projects in a same time which are developed based on different platforms and belongs to different customer.

As a Quality project lead, I was responsible for planning and execution of all quality assurance tasks in the entire product life cycle with focus on the development part. I was lead and present an ECU software project both orally and written to internal and external key stakeholders from quality point of view. I was acted as member of a 10 person sw. development team that consist of sw developers, sw architect and software integrator who are in charge of integration and release of the complete software.

As a Project manager I have been directly responsible for development of the fully customized navigation software of Jaguar Land Rover (features of Electric Vehicle ) in cooperation with them. I managed C/C++ SW and SW QA developer teams according to the customer requirements and successfully delivered production ready SW release. I always played an important role in the foregoing changes, initiated and executed several process developments in order to adapt to the new standards and requirements.
