- Developed the D2C E-Commerce platform as the new strategic sales channel of the company. - Introduced and successfully implemented a dropshipping business model, resulting in a conversion of over 10% of the traditional sales channel to dropships and capturing over 20% share of the total revenue within the first year.

- Successfully developed mobile phone business in collaboration with world top 10 ODM suppliers. - Successful business expansion into IT industry through a strategic alliance with a well-known IT company and development of new IT products such as PC Monitors and All-in-One computers. - Established corporate's branch office in Shenzhen, China.

Main Achievements: -Restore profitability by careful re-positioning of LG refrigerators through studying customer’s perceived value and adjusting pricing strategy (2015). -Achieved 22% sales growth although having -5.7% market size decline for Iran (2017). -Revitalize LG Vacuum Cleaner business by achieving 35% sales growth (2014 vs. 2013) and 2% gain on market share.

- Demand planning, Stock planning and managing monthly orders accordingly. - Assuring on-time delivery by close coordination with different departments. - Supply chain performance evaluation using KPIs such as DIO, OTD, SFA, and etc.

- Improved company’s cash-flow by establishing buyer’s credit account management & finance payment tracking system. - Successful establishment of the new business line of Mechafin AG wire feeder motors. - Successful design and implementation of a 360 degree marketing campaign to rebrand company for B2B and B2C target audiences. - Sales of the most expensive plasma cutting system of Kjellberg and also the first and most expensive 3D Waterjet CNC cutting machine of Microstep in Iran.
