We run different execution tracks, each designed to drive economic benefit for the firm: Defining Digital Strategies, Building Digital Accelerators, Building Digital Businesses, Units and Products - always acting as the entrepreneurial partner.

• Lead the product development of the ecommerce platform (front-end website and back-end application) • Established the supply chain to source goods from China (procurement, custom clearance and warehousing) • Built a multi-channel distribution model using digital tactics to acquire, convert and retain customers

 Assisted the Co-founder & CEO of the tech-startup DEFACTO, Mr Noureddine MADOUI in defining a lean toolbox to run operational change management projects  Supported the marketing team identifying potential clients and implementing agile principles and methods for the sales team
