Responsibilities: - Searching for candidates using various sourcing tools - Screening of suitable candidates’ profiles - Initial approaching of potential candidates and communication with them - Checking candidates’ English level per telephone and Skype calls; - Scheduling and coordinating all the interview stages with hiring managers and candidates (technical tests, onsite interviews); - Weekly results reporting to management. - Maintaining candidates' database

It was a pleasure to make the first steps into recruiting at UPQODE:) Responsibilities: - Sourcing the candidates by using both Ukrainian and foreign job boards and LinkedIn - Posting of the job descriptions on the online job boards and social networks - Cold calls to the potential candidates, pre-screening of the candidates per telephone calls and Skype chats/emails - Taking part in interviewing at the company office - Giving the feedback to the candidates, sending the job offers
