Playing an integral role in new business pitches and holding responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients. Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business. Serving as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

Working in close contact with IT, Business and Operation Departments to design new intelligent processes. Managing all the meetings with the stakeholders and following up the items on the determined action list. Presenting the project status weekly to the COO.

Taking part in Germany roll out of a globally initiated Project, “Target Operating Model Design”: Centralization of all the back office processes in Commercial Banking. Test coordination, writing test cases and entering the results in Jira for the Operation Teams. Updating the project team in The Netherlands weekly on the results.

Leaning/implementing the alternative distribution channel processes (Mobile and Internet Banking, ATM’s). Acting as a Product Owner of alternative distribution channels and taking part in prioritization of the Product Backlog. Management of ‘’Customer Migration Project’’ which aims to migrate branch customers to digital channels. Job Interviews and trainings of Meeters & Greeters (Branch Employees directing customers to the digital channels).
