As a Project Coordinator of Cisco Sales Associates Program (CSAP) I am primarily involved in the Recruitment activities of this program in EMEAR theatre. Sphere of my responsibility covers participation in sourcing activities, support of recruitment at all selection stages, organising and monitoring onboarding process.

Writing Bachelor thesis on the topic of “Competence Management in the Organisational Change”, working on Employee Handbook, creating HiiL Quality and Measurement System.

Participation in recruitment and selection processes, talent management, organisation of Health and Safety Day; working with company’s files of trainings&development, recruitment requisitions, head counts.
