Successfully managed 16 transitions of Master Data activities for 6 European countries into Shared Service Centers in Glasgow, Krakow and Manila simultaneously with global SAP implementation. Part of global Contracting and Procurement Operations Leadership team. Designed and successfully implemented global Requisition to Pay Compliance Framework. Consistently evolved and measured globally aligned Key Performance Indicators in accordance with the business vision. Working closely with stakeholders globally and leading virtual network of 15 data focal points plus 1 direct report.

Accomplished meeting challenging deadline delivering SOX 404 documentation for Sales & Receivables and Purchase & Payables for Germany, Denmark and Pernis (NL) in time for new regulation.
