Reporting to the National Category Manager, the PM is responsible for Miele’s Laundry & Care categories in regard to NPD, growth in turnover, profitability and market share, as well as initiating and managing all categories related promotional and marketing activities for AU and NZ

-Development of tactical business and brand strategies. This involved brand positioning, brand architecture recommendations and brand merger strategies - Managing qualitative market research. Tasks include: recruitment, development of discussion guide, conducting field research, analysis of results, reporting and presenting - Development and presentation of business proposals for existing and potential clients (incl. costs and timelines) - Successfully created and managed marketing and brand

-Successfully set up, structured and managed brand PR of three major Unilever brands - Secured media coverage of product specific campaigns (monitored media coverage and publicity generated) - Established PR agency contracts from on-going to ad hoc project basis, leading to cost reduction of € 250 000 and higher flexibility

- Intensive collaboration with international colleagues for NPD focusing on product and packaging development through qual and quant consumer research - Largely independent implementation of national brand activation and communication measures - Management of brand homepage - Budget, Project and schedule management - Prepared and involved in initial cross-departmental War-Gaming
