• Led a cross-functional digital organization of 20+ data scientists, digital consultants, AI, IoT and RPA experts. • Transformed the unit into a business- and value-driven organization, directly aligned with group strategy and executive priorities. Initiated and scaled a company-wide data literacy program. This resulted in a sustainable 300% increase in internal demand for data and AI projects and products per year. • Part of the core team designing the multi-year IT strategy.
