- Maintain and monitor the continuously growing Contract database. - Support the inquiries regarding the Contract Management System. - Manage projects related to Legal and Corporate Governance Tech operations, such as the implementation of software solutions and process improvements. - Conduct individual training courses. - Support the Legal and Corporate Governance Operations team in relevant administrative requirements.

- Prepare Compliance Training Modules and policies. - Moderate Training of Employees and channel partners on Anti-Money Laundering(AML) & Combating Financing of Terrorism(CFT) issues. - Plan and monitor Training Budgets and future improvements. - Support in developing a real time automated “AML360” Solution for monitoring transactions and risk mitigation. - Organize Workshops with Bangladesh Bank on different aspects of Mobile Financial Service. - Communicate with foreign organizations relevant to AML&CFT.

- To introduce students to different aspects of business especially finance. - Formulate innovative and effective reality based cases to increase their analytical skills. - To arrange seminars, quizzes and poster competitions to bring out the sharpness and creativity of the students. - Prepare grade reports based on quizzes, exams and cases. - Ad-hoc assignments delegated by Head of the Department of Finance/Dean/Management.

- Assess and analyze Prawn and Seed sectors to identify growth opportunities and underlying constraints impeding growth. - Formulate creative, innovative and effective strategies to develop service markets. - Prepare periodic progress reports and communication materials for the project. - To develop and implement innovative solutions to ensure sustainable growth of the sectors. - Establish linkage with partners and maintain contacts with key stakeholders to increase synergies.

- Engage in Securitization and loan related works with local banks and international investment companies. - Rectify various loan related documents, contracts and proposals related to bank loans. - Check and review the Contracts / Agreement / MOU between BRAC and other existing organization. - Prepare compliance certificate and budgets of various projects. - Analyze the feasibility of new possible ventures for BRAC.
