Leading and advising localization design, business transformation and process change, leading local functions. Designing training structure based on local needs, supporting process improvement.

Preparation and planning of the tax process migration and testing all process scenarios for relevant countries based on local processes(Greece, Italy, Turkey, Romania, Czech Rep, Egypt). Leading the implementing approx. 100 BI (KPI and operational) reports for daily usage of all departments (OTC, P2P, Treasury, GL, Roaming) – coordinating a team of 10 people.

Revealing control and audit gaps in existing and forthcoming processes. Leading smaller projects. Technical and process support for OTC group, direct advisor to management. Coordinating and fulfilling complementary, user acceptance and regression testing-related tasks. Support in establishing shared service centers in Ghana and India, training local employees, deep involvement in process improvement

Plant reconciliation improvement, Plant reporting, Lubes reporting harmonization. Handling volumetric tasks, executing volumetric and sales corrections for 6 countries, reconciliation of plants. Taking part in audits.

Price verification process integration for 7 countries, demurrage process integration, Month end close process harmonization. Coordinating billing process, customer ageing follow up, SPOC for tax related issues, report preparation (weekly, monthly basis)
