Drive and achieve centre financial targets and KPI’s, including customer service targets, occupancy targets, payroll costs and participation levels. Responsible for day to day management of the leisure centre, carrying out the Team Leader role when on duty management shift. Ensure all safe systems at work are adhered to and general building management including maintenance and repairs.

Supervise and coordinate dining room activities, receive and record patron dining reservations, order supplies and equipment for tables and serving stations. Plan menus, balance cash register, resolve patron complaints and maintain contact with kitchen staff, serving staff, management and customers to guarantee that all dining details are handled properly and customer concerns are addressed. Ensure exceptional quality control; deliver incomparable, friendly and fast service.
