Lawyer in head office (Moscow) • Legal support of investment projects (licensing of industrial technologies, engineering, construction, inc. elements of M&A and JV); • Drafting and negotiation of project contracts (Licensing IN&OUT, JDA, Feasibility Study (and other services), PDP, FEED, EP/EPSS, ЕРС) acc. to English and Russian law (approx. 50/50); • Other areas: Real estate, International logistics, Procurement (import to Russia), Customs, administrative regulations in Construction.

"Real Estate" Practice area. Responsibilities: • drafting of construction contracts; • legal due diligence of real estate; and • drafting of legal opinions according to Russian Law. "Digital Economy" Practice area. Responsibilities: • legal support of ICO projects - corporate structuring and drafting of relevant documents (Term Sheet, SHA, SPA, NDA, SAFT, etc.); • drafting of legal opinions with respect to regulation of financial markets (in the EU, USA and Asia-Pacific region).

The internship in the office of the member of the German Parliament Harald Petzold (Political party – Die Linke, Member in the commissions for Law and Consumer protection, Culture and Media) included: (1) General assistance and research, preparation of the analytical materials; (2) Participation in the parliament sessions and additional educational events and seminars for the programme members arranged by the political foundations.

One-month course - German legal terminology, Introduction to German Law (funded by the DAAD scholarship – German Academic Exchange Fund)

English and German. Competencies acquired: (1) Translation and interpreting experience with a deep knowledge of legal professional terminology; and (2) Practical experience in translation of professional texts acquired due to participation in student and professional translation competitions.

Diploma with honors. GPA 94 (100). Competencies acquired: (1) Specialization in Russian Law ; (2) Experience of work in state bodies (annual traineeships in courts, District Attorney office); and (3) Skills of team work and team management (All-Russian and regional competitions for law students).
