Development of solutions to program problems and coordination of incumbents assigned to programs from various departments. Verification that all the Projects follow the standard procedures of Management.

Technical interface between Ufi project teams and customers of the south of Germany (Daimler, Porsche, BMW); coordination of all the project activities. Interpretation of the customer´s technical requirements and formulation of potential resolutions according to the technical capabilities. Management of customer requirement changes. Coordination of FMEA. Identification of the customer´s current and future programs, providing meaningful and accurate information back to the Ufi headquarter.

Responsible for automotive air filters projects for Fiat Group. Design for serial production and development of new technical innovative solutions for air filter box, air pipes and filter elements. Industrialization of plastic, rubber and polyurethane components. Development of Test Plan and design Fmea. Management of external design resources and carry out technical discussion with customer and supplier.

Machine scheduling, internal logistic, maintenance plan and management of workers. Worked with 40 injection moulding machines running on 3 shift and 7 days week, 20 automatic assembly lines and 25 workers. Implementation of lean manufacturing principles on warehouse, on machine layout and on production management.
