• Analyzed the development of global outlets through in-depth analysis of Scanner and SAP data, products listing, over/under performing outlets, and development in individual products sales in the outlets; presented findings to the National Finance Partner

• Developed the global Coca Cola ‘360 Activation Plan’ that defines the firm’s communication of its sustainability plan to three stakeholders: a. investors, b. 700k+ employees, and c. the general public • Developed 3 exhaustive country case studies and best practices on Excise Tax and presented the findings to the VP and Senior VP; reports were cascaded from our Head Office to all business units globally

• Designed and implemented the standard operating procedure for a new credit card service for 12 branches, reducing average service time by 70% and thus reducing average waiting time • Managed the promotion campaign for the credit service in the main branch and increased sales by 50% resulting in over $150K revenue uplift • Led a team of 3 handling credit cards applications in the main branch (110K+ visits annually) and managed daily transactions for 25 VIP clients
