Hired as an Assistant Manager and Sales Representative to open the Santa Barbara district office of Vector Marketing. Personally responsible for 10% of office sales in an office of over 40 active sales representatives. Multi-disciplinary role including recruiting and coaching new sales representatives, growing office culture through team building and skill development exercises, and running weekly sales meetings.

Responsible for engineering the KPI dashboard for Global Support Services using an iterative developmental process conducted with end users. Designed and led customer reference and case study initiative that included compiling, constructing, and ranking customer profiles. Also conducted account team interviews for each of the highest ranked customers.
