- Scheduling of transports from international and national suppliers to Brenntag's warehouses or directly to customers. - Administrative and operational processing of our external warehouses in accordance with the warehouse operators - KPI responsibility in the area of rail and sea freight transport as well as external warehouses. - Coordination of all transport and storage relevant details. - Transport planning and shipment tracking with the help of SAP-T and Transporeon

-Organizing deliveries of containers from sea terminals to last mile warehouses as well as deliveries of dry cargo from last mile warehouses to final consignees -Planning storage needs in accordance with business requests -Maintaining daily communication with last mile warehouses and transport companies -Supervising storage equality with vendors on the agreed level -Arranging on-time deliveries to final customers -Reporting stock and delivery processes -Supervising customs clearance process

- Track and Trace shipments - Dispatch freight (sea, air, road) - Prepare, handle, and process documentation including house and master air/ocean waybills, commercial documents, and customs documents - Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, other expeditors offices worldwide, and co-workers through high volume of email, phone and in person - Contribute to maintaining strong vendor relationships - airlines, trucking companies - Meet key performance indicators to support company goals

- Keeping the good service for strategic client: i.e. informing about incoming air shipments, ensure that the shipments are delivered as per planned schedule; - Arranging trucks from the airport to the final destinations; - Staying in touch with our cargo agents (pre alerts); - Co-operating with custom agent Partner (arranging SAD, T1); - Making damage reports if needed;

- Arranging FTL transports (mainly from Spain and France to Great Britain – roundtrips); - Monitor proper administration and documentation pertaining to order creation and shipments arrangements; - Responsible for tracking and tracing of shipments; - Maintenance good relations with Carriers; - Supervise the execution of transport orders - Issuing and settlement of forwarding orders; - Preparing offers for international FTL Transports;

- Arrange outbound shipments and ensure orders are shipped out as per schedule - Monitor proper administration and documentation pertaining to order creation and shipments arrangements - Responsible for tracking and tracing of shipments - Maintenance good relations with Customers - Handles customer's inquiries and complaints - Supervise the execution of transport orders - Issuing and settlement of forwarding orders - Preparing offers for international FTL / LTL / Groupage Transports - Invoicing

- Arranging transport (domestic) - Invoicing;
