Connecting with candidates & networking. - Pre-screening of potentially suitable candidates and presenting them to Hiring Manager. - Interview planning (incl. conference room, flight, train, hotel booking).

- Customer service over the phone and e-mail, helping customers and brokers to find a best solution, manage claims and payments. - Helping customers with making and processing a claim in every line of business (life and non-life insurance). - Additional services and insurance cross-selling in cooperation with sales and underwriting departments (the highest sale volume, 5 months in a row).
