Engineering Leadership for West & South-West Region in Germany with responsiblity for 9 Manufacturing Sites incl. Management of related CAPEX Program. Responsibility for Technical Readiness, Project Execution, Risk Management, Governance, development and deployment of standards as well as coaching of direct and indirect reports.

Detangling of R&D center from manufacturing area after discontinuation of the Hair Care production at Huenfeld site to enable sale of remaining premises while maintaining R&D operation and creating a self-sufficient environment. This includes workplace consolidation into a newly created open-space office, a new entrance and reception area, setup of new process and building utilities, demolition of surplus buildings and refurbishment works. Ownership for scope, schedule as well as CAPEX and OPEX budgets.

Engineering Program Manager for consolidation of the European Hair Care Operations (Shampoo, Conditioner & Styling) from currently two to one manufacturing site only. The project includes significant building extension (new packing and making floor, raw material tank farms, utility upgrades), a new Shampoo & Conditioner Making System, and the relocation of 4 packing lines. Responsible to coordinate 5 sub project leaders as well as overall ownership for cost, schedule, change management, and communication.

Extended business trip supporting the relaunch of O·P·I GelColor at COTY Sanford Site, North Carolina as Project Management Expert. Responsibilities included the delivery of a new packaging line as well as technical readiness & availability of new pack materials to successfully deliver launch volumes to markets on time under compressed schedule. The role involved several interfaces locally (e.g. Engineering, Operations, QA), but also regionally (e.g. Marketing in North Hollywood and R&D in New York).

Integration of former P&G Specialty Beauty Business Capex into new systems after acquisition by Coty. This included coordination of data migration, roll-out of new processes including training as well as trouble shooting.

Responsible for overall capital spending program for Salon Professional business globally and Retail Hair Care in E-IMEA (~$ 100 million per year). In charge of capital project due diligence, capital evaluation & prioritization, capital budgeting & forecasting, stewardship, compliance, auditing, and capability building & training throughout the above named regions.

Regional Delivery Engineering for Beauty Making and Packing technology projects for Styling, Treatment, Professional & Color in EMEA. Responsibilities included delivery support for various productivity and product initiative related projects for 6 P&G sites in the EMEA region.

Engineering Team Leader responsible for overall Project Delivery in Making Department and lead of Capital Management and Capital Accounting at Rothenkirchen production site. Coaching of 3 Managers and 1 Accountant. Project Manager for New Hair Care production Area (installation of 8 new Hair Color Making Systems including start-up of new production building, raw material, utility and IT systems) with a capital investment of > $ 5 million.
