For our client from automotive field (Aluminium machining and surface treatment) ensuring transfer of 30 projects from Germany to newly opened site in Slovakia. Complete transition of projects from quality side including qualification of parts. Establishing quality management system from zero to automotive standard. (ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949 etc.). Preparation and performance of process audits acc. VDA 6.3 Incorporating Specific customer requirements.

Responsible for managing and development of quality performance. Managing three departments (Quality, Outgoing inspection, CMM), 50 people, 3 shifts. Targets: transition from ISO/TS16949 to IATF 16949 - successful in Novemeber 2017 improvement of claim management quality performance improvement stabilization and development of quality team

Cooperation at policies developmnet in the field of Goods sales, Human resources and Storing. Audits carried out at Great Britain, Germany, Russia, Latvia, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria.

Consultant – Performance of project feasibility studies. Responsible for project management from contract to impelentation of international standards requirements acc. to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949, OHSAS 18001, AQAP 2110 - 30, (SWOT analysis, 8D reports etc.), KPIs set-up. Succesfully implemented 40 projects. Auditor – responsible for preparation and performance of internal and external audits in the field of quality, environment and health and safety in Slovakia and Czech republic.
