Realized $0 component E&O for hundreds of skus, actively sought opportunities to minimize FG stock. Seamlessly transformed to system from excel in forecasting tool with methodologies kept improving. Actively pinpoint opportunities for enhancement within supply and demand planning processes.

Managed four suppliers for Nike products of Sportband, Shoe sensor, Sportwatch, and Fuelband. Supported 1.5M shoe sensor together with 800K bundles and retail kits from June 2012 till end of life. Successful exit of Sportband with $286K E&O in 2013, and of shoe sensor with $0 E&O in 2014. Supported 1.3M Fuelband II with 11 consecutive weeks’ shipment of 50K max capacity achieved. Took initiative to document and develop supply chain process for a consistent end-to-end process

Managed six suppliers for Microsoft products of keyboards, mice and headphones, etc. $2M cost avoidance realized by transferring exit supplier’s stock and open order to existing supplier. Well implemented 2nd source to avoid supply impact by Thailand flooding. Endless endeavors to meet volume targets with resources and supply under allocation as necessary. Took initiative to improve Continuity of Supply reports as the enhancement of supply chain process.

Started career with three months each on production practical training (from station Surface Mounting Technology to packing) and material planning. Arranged Netgear and Cisco router shipment, and hosted customer’s periodic visit. Held weekly handshake meeting with customer for supportability and shipment update. Increased flexibility to cater for spike orders with Component Replenishment Planning program.
