Supervision of two production plants in compliance with H&S, Fire Safety, Labour Code, Construction Law, and UDT regulations. Management of Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments (approx. 250 people). Ensuring machinery uptime, budget planning, cost optimisation, reporting for the Board, cooperation with external companies, infrastructure supervision, and resolution of technical and personnel issues.

Organising and supervising the work of two production plants in accordance with the principles and regulations of H&S, Fire Safety, Labour Code, Construction Law and the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT). Supervising the work of the Departments of Production, Quality, Maintenance, Raw Materials Warehouse and Finished Products Warehouse (approx. 150 people). Planning and correct implementation of the budget and optimisation of costs. Preparation of data and reports for the Management Board.

Planing and organizing multi-assortment production in all production cells. Realization of the scheduled production in terms of quality, quantity and costs. Efficient utilization of the working time of subordinate employees. Process control for compliance with procedures, recipes, quality systems and safety instructions. Implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Organizing work of the production employees during the shift. Supervising work of approx. 40 people and validating its implementation. Filling out production documentation, settle working time of the employees, Cooperating with production support departments. Responsibility for the implementation of current production orders in accordance with the requirements of technology, quality and agreed date of execution, as well as for the condition of machinery and equipment.

Controlling and monitoring automated production line for a polymer sleeve. Retooling and making simple mechanical, electrical, and control adjustments of devices on the line. Periodic control operations at subassemblies on production line. Arranging safe workplace for myself and co-workers due to 5S principles.

Directing and organizing work of the production facility. Supervising the work of subordinate staff – approx. 80 employees. Managing and supervising all processes in the plant such as: transportation, production, settlement work time of the employees, acceptance of raw materials, packaging and auxiliary materials for production, inventory, selection of new employees, training of employees in workplaces. Organizing a smooth and trouble-free production in the plant due to H&S rules.

Directing and organizing work of the production facility, supervising a work of subordinate staff during the shift – approx. 25 employees. Managing and supervising of all processes in the plant, ensuring a smooth and trouble-free operations of production facilities due to H&S rules at the plant.
