- Management: Change Request, Issue List, Minutes of Meetings, Resource Schedule, Weekly Project Status Report - Invoicing: Services and Expenses, Verifying incoming invoices for payment - Drafting Project Documents - Translation and Interpretation - Documentation Management: for Requirement Definition Reports (RDR), Gap Workbook, etc. - Training coordination and arrangement - Assisting Project Manager and Project Director - Other general administration and coordination works

- Identifying potential new clients and making the first contact - Responsible for advising and supporting clients in certification system services (ISO9000, ISO14001, QS9000, TS 16949, HACCP, GMP, etc.) until processes completed - Acting as a link between clients and auditors by scheduling and ensuring that audits flow effectively - Welcoming inbound calls and providing proper and timely responses - Supporting the implementation of scheduling software program
