• Independent planning/ implementation/ analysis of the balance sheet accounting for the DACH region • Adherence to accounting guidelines according to HGB, USGAAP and UStG • Regular reporting of financial statements to the company headquarters in Geneva

• Independent risk analysis of key account and wholesale customers including evaluation/ derivation of credit limits • Cross-company project work to optimize the payment behavior of debtors (including sales, service and customers) • SAP ERP Certified Key User Account Receivable, regular reporting of KPI's to the management

• Independent planning and disposition of perfume raw materials on an international level • Ensuring material availability through analysis and evaluation of the production plan as well as worldwide supplier management including negotiations/supplier coordination • Efficiency increase through supply chain optimization • Preparation of supplier evaluations; cross-company project work etc.

• Preparation of strategic R&D documents to obtain European funding, including controlling of funding projects (e.g. for alternative drive technologies) • Project management (e.g. preparation of experience reports in the operation of a fuel cell fleet) • Preparation and realization of technical lectures on international level (e.g. fuel cell / hydrogen technology)

• Support of marketing managers in the product areas of process adsorbents, edible oil treatment and plastics • Preparation of a detailed market study on biopolymers • Training of the sales staff regarding the database changes in the CRM module

• Support of project management team with the product launch (BMW X5) • Responsible for project documentation and planning • Preparation of project handover documentation
