I held responsibility for achieving a sales quota for active HP re-sellers within the German market. Through proactive management, I focused on driving profitability, specifically within the ink and toner sector. Managing resolutions of my partners’ calls regarding service issues, customer inquiries and request for additional services was a daily task. Weekly reports of ongoing activity relative to sales plan were communicated to appropriate parties for follow up and resolutions.
