-Responsible of the O&M Condition and Performance Monitoring Center of 6 CCPP (3,000 MW). -PI and Performance Monitoring tools implementation in all the plants. -Responsible of Capacity Prediction models in Day Ahead Electricity Market -Maintenance and Operation improvement projects: OEM procedures, CMMS SAP improvements, homogenization of preventive maintenance plans, etc. -Responsible of creating heat rate saving awareness in the Company through Seminars and training in the plants.

-Daily condition and performance monitoring of 5 CCPP. -Performance plant improvement projects: selection and development of the best technical solutions to increase plant capacity. -Analysis of performance degradation (plant equipment efficiencies)

-Guarantee availability of 983 MW of a 2x2x1 CCPP. -Management of Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) Procedure. -Responsible of Shift Leaders and Operators work shifts schedules. -2 Major GT’s and ST Inspection under LTSA contracts with OEM. -Responsible of Epicenter SmartSignal implementation.

-Coordination of Mechanical/Electrical/I&C daily maintenance tasks of a 1,200 MW 3x1x1 CCPP. -Development of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Plan and implementation of the Plan in the CMMS. -Responsible of Technical Specification for Equipment Maintenance Contract (BOP).
