> Responsible for the P&L of the German brand of Stellantis in its Home Market (yearly turnover >€5Bn). Focus on new car activity, team of 4 controllers covering pricing, gross margin, sales incentives and reporting. > Ensuring convergence to PSA/Stellantis standards for Commercial Finance KPIs, on both process and performance, while protecting local specifics > Ongoing contact with Brand MD & HQ on strategic and tactical decisions, securing Opel Germany as major contributor to Stellantis financial success.

> Responsible for the global P&L of Peugeot Germany (new cars, used cars, spare parts) and all sections (gross profit, marketing expenses, fixed costs), with team of 4 controllers > Daily operative role of Brand CFO, accompanying all decisions taken by Managing Director together with Sales Director and Marketing Director > Follow-up of financial performance, gaps analysis, forecasts and budget

> New challenge, to accompany the corporate turnaround initiated > Numerous challenges and subjects covering 1Tn€+ assets & liabilities

> Responsible for monthly group reporting and local statutory closings for Peugeot and Citroën import companies (cumulated yearly turnover of >€3Bn) > Management of a team of 22 people, covering general accounting, auxiliary accounting and cash/treasury > Business partner for both brands, daily exchanges with controlling > Leader of the first phase of relocation to Eastern Europe

> Recurring subjects: Group Tax, Net Financial Position, R&D capitalization... > Dedicated studies on numerous issues: carve-outs, valuation of deferred tax positions, impairments

> Consolidated accounts of CAC 40 companies: PSA (head of field team), Alstom > Experience gained in many sections of the balance sheet in several domains : industrial and commercial companies of PSA, automotive equipment manufacturers + other sectors > Mastery of specific and technical subjects (deferred tax, impairment tests), development of solid overall knowledge of IFRS principles
