Responsible for all finance issues (as proxy holder) of several legal entities of Takeda in Austria including a production plant, export sales, domestic sales & holding company with daughter companies especially in CIS countries.

In my management board function (proxy holder), responsable for Finance & Controlling in a production plant (700 employees, TO 650mEUR) belonging to a Japanese multinational.

Project Manager for New Look Project (Efficiency Improvement and Restructuring Project) As team leader of 4 change agents, in charge of the restructuring of administration departments (finance, sales, order processing, admin, protocol, ...) of Syktyvkar paper mill (Northern Russia). Project Management and Project Controlling - Project Controlling of the total restructuring project.

In charge of all non-sales issues of 22 sales offices around the world. (eg. reporting & budgeting, cost control, liquidity management, legal structure, tax, HR, external service providers, …) and support of international sales team on all financial issues (mainly benchmarking of key accounts and competitors)

Responsible for consolidation (in IFRS), controlling and reporting as team leader with 2 junior controllers. Duties cover financial and managerial reporting. Headquarter contact of finance directors in operations and auditors (external and internal). Integration of new operations into the division. Reporting directly to CFO and CEO.
