Responsible for leading and managing special projects to supplement the CIO. Also responsible for all (three) remote MIS organizations and legacy business systems. Manage an operating budget of $4.7M, staff of 11 including 6 indirects.

Responsible for managing the organization’s ERP systems, network and voice & data infrastructure. Establish I.T. policies and procedures. Work with key users and executive management to further develop the business systems. Maintain awareness of advances in technology. Manage an operating budget of $350K, staff of 2 associates.

Responsible for managing the organization’s New Product Development by coordinating the design, marketing, manufacturing, book-making and warehousing/distribution functions. In addition, responsible for developing continuous improvements for Product Development cycle to reduce time to market.

Responsible for the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to support organization’s distribution functions. Also responsible for consolidating eight warehouses into a centralized distribution center. Manage project teams of up to 10.

Responsible for managing the organization’s ERP systems, network and tele-communications infrastructure. Establish I.T. policies and procedures. Responsible for working with major users to identify and develop business system improvements. Manage an operating budget of $5.5M, a staff of 25 including 20 indirects, and project teams of up to 35 associates.

Responsible for project managing the implementation of a fully automated centralized distribution center. Also responsible for planning the conversion of a manufacturing facility’s legacy system to an MRP II integrated ERP system. Manage an implementation budget of $3M, a staff of 5, and project teams of up to 20 associates.

Responsible for sales order processing, production planning and inventory control, warehousing/distribution, and sampling operations. Manage an operating budget of $5.5M with a group of over 100 associates in multiple facilities.

Responsible for overall systems operations. Establish policies and procedures relating to I.S. activities. Communicate with customers for application software maintenance and development. Maintain awareness of advances in computer and communication technology. Manage an operating budget of $500K, staff of 5, and project teams of up to 8 associates.
