I am transitioning professional with a rich background in the HR field. Beyond my HR skills, I have developed a significant proficiency in reporting during my term. Driven by a desire for a career change, I am actively pursuing roles as a Data Specialist, Reporting Specialist, etc. I bring competencies in reporting, an area where I have made several enhancements during my time at Devoteam, including a solid understanding of HR processes. I am actively improving by developing basic proficiency in SQL and BI tools through workshops, online courses, and home projects. The biggest advantage is that I am ready to start from scratch.
