In parallel, led a team managing data collection operations in Russia, Poland, Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa.

    Led ops for BebaPay, a payment card developed for emerging markets. Managed teams in Kenya, the Philippines, India and Switzerland. Devised field, vendor and partner ops, customer support, merchant and user acquisition. Scaled from pilot to full launch, increasing users x12 and merchants x20. Drove cost efficiency by instituting cost metrics, acting on vendor rates, channel substitution, and introducing supplier auctions. Defined transaction, operational, business, and regulatory risk model.
