Being part of both the Industrial Practice as well as our Specialty Practice, Jessica focuses on Electronics, Automation & Robotics, Industrial IoT and Powertools.

Main focus has been on recruitment of 200 seasonal workers and generating a communication plan with executives concerned to summer job vacancies. Furthermore, I have been engaged by head of HR to outline a new strategy concerning the payroll model of a company internal department.

Researched learning concepts concerning modern workplace, applied on BASF-intern groups. Developed a concept for implementing learning communities within the safety department by conducting an analysis on a BASF-specific group of safety specialists and simplified principles to apply it to other BASF intern role-specific groups.

Mainly supported the preparation and development of a new learning concept and conceptualized 3+ e-learning product pilots regarding the new learning strategy and taking client values into account by analyzing best practices throughout training programs.

Hult allowed me to complete my Master within a unique, global oriented atmosphere, while studying in three of the world’s most powerful cities: London, Shanghai, San Francisco.

The study of Educational Science and Human Resources allows me to critically question and evaluate social and economic aspects concerning company contexts.
