Responsible in the Region of the processes consulting practice, 40 consultants, with the double purpose of allowing to develop their potential within CEMEX and support strategic initiatives in Commercial, Operation, Suppl6y Chain and Backoffice processes. We had the team spread in 5 main offices: UK (2), Germany, France and Spain.

I participated as Senior Consultant and later Acting Manager in the Strategic Consulting practice performing activities such us: analysis, as-is assessments, to-be reports, proposals, business processes mapping , project management, support in commercial offerings and pre-sales... In the Energy and Utilities Department, I took different roles and responsibilities as business processes consultant, process design, project manager, responsible of custom IT applications development, offerings, proposal, pre-sales support, planning, organization, projects methodology, internal R&D the development of projects, etc. I also took some training in the Power and Gas areas.

I started as software programmer, I passed later to Project Manager and Business Consultant. I was involved in two pionner Banking Websites in Spain: "UNO-e", online bank in BBVA Group, and the Home Banking website of Banif, Private Bank business in the Santander Group. [Qarana Solutions, before known as Gran Vía Internet]

R&D Engineer and senior programmer. I collaborated in the stabilisation and test of a CAD software toolset to develop in VHDL (compiler, hierchy code navigator, simulator...) funded by the European Union.
